Who are we?
The Employee Assistance Program is a service that helps you or a family member identify work-related or personal problems that are standing in the way of your quality of life and peace of mind. It is designed to provide access to appropriate professional or community resources that can assist you.
The Binghamton University EAP is a part of a New York state workforce initiative www.worklife.state.ny.us/eap/ and has received support and endorsement by both state management and unions for over 30 years.
Diane Campbell, director of Binghamton University EAP, has over 20 years of EAP experience and can be reached at 7-6655 or dcampbell@binghamton.edu. If you think that confidential EAP services would be of benefit, please call to schedule an appointment.
The EAP committee is the longest standing joint labor-management committee at Binghamton University and oversees the EAP program. You may contact your area or union representative if you have any questions about the EAP program.
**Do note that committee representatives do NOT share the assessment and referral counseling role of the EAP professional staff nor are they privy to any information shared in EAP counseling sessions.
